Elegant red roses



Triple layer vanilla cake. Custard filling as well as blackberry jam. Covered in fondant, decorated with icing as well as fondant roses, with edible sparkles.

    I just added my red gel colouring to the fondant :)
    It took about half of my little jar, but I like how it turned out :)
